Information You Will

In order to process your loan, we will need
documentation to verify the information you provide

we will require the original document, not a photocopy.
We will also need a copy of your purchase contract

with the funds. This may not be available at the
time of your application and can be provided at
a later date. Here is a list of documents and

In many cases, some of these documents will not
be required. In some cases, additional documents
and proof of information may be requested. We
value our customers and will try to limit the
amount of burden placed on you for your loan.
However, we must meet requirements of underwriters
as well as the regulations associated with certain
loans we make.
